Ready to rent? Let us be your guide

  1. Get your details on our books
Call us or register online to join our tenant database and start hunting for your next home.
  2. Find the perfect property
We’ve always got a huge range of flats and houses listed. Take a look online or chat with our team to see what’s on the market now.
  3. Choose the best type of let
Short-term leases and long-term rental agreements can easily be arranged. [Short Term Leases]
  4. Consider a managed property
We’ll be right here to help with lost keys, lock-outs and property maintenance.
  5. Schedule your viewing
Longer opening hours mean more viewing slots for our team to show you around. We’re more flexible with days and times than most, and can drive you to the property.
  6. Make an offer
You’ll need to complete a tenancy application, including your references and special requirements (e.g. for a disability).
  7. Get confirmation
We do the leg work: getting your references, drawing up the initial tenancy agreement and making sure your deposit gets protected.
  8. Pick up your keys and move in
We’ll confirm your moving date in plenty of time and have the keys ready. If you pick a managed property, your dedicated contact will be in touch to welcome you.
