Blog

Hi, I’m Chris Christodoulou — a Landlord, lettings professional, and Founder of Ashmore Residential in Oakwood, North London.

I’ve been working in the property industry since 1998, including in senior roles with large national firms. In 2008, I launched Ashmore to give Landlords and investors a more personal, accountable, and expert-led service.

I’m a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (Propertymark ARLA) and hold a Level 4 qualification in Senior Housing and Property Management — which means you’re getting insight and advice from someone with top-tier credentials and real-world experience.

This blog covers everything Buy-to-Let — market updates, lettings law, property strategy — written for Landlords who want straight answers, not sales fluff. Whether you own one property or a hundred, I hope you find something useful here.

Want to talk property?
I’m always happy to connect with like-minded Landlords and investors.
📧 Email me via info@ashmoreresidential.com and it’ll get straight to me.
